The high-profile Allegan couple is in separate pots of legal hot water. Joyce Watts, the long-time Allegan county clerk, is being investigated by the state Attorney General’s office over possible criminal irregularities.

Meanwhile, John Watts has been disbarred for a year by the state Attorney Discipline Board. The long-time barrister isn’t contesting allegations of various transgressions of ethical behavior, and faces a preliminary hearing next month on criminal embezzlement, fraud and auto theft charges.
 

There needs to be more publicity and exposure regarding what Missouri has done. 

Let’s pass it around. Spread the word and contact your representative at the State level to get this enacted. We spend millions of dollars having forms in every language under the sun.  This must stop to get us out of our deficit and no more benefits to those who come here illegally and take from our resources, such as DHS, food stamps, etc.

In 2007, Missouri placed on the ballot a proposed constitutional amendment designating English as the official language of Missouri.      In November, 2008, nearly 90% voting in favor!    Thus

English became the official language for ALL governmental activity in Missouri.

No individual has the right to demand government services in a language OTHER than English.

In 2008 a measure was passed that required the Missouri Highway Patrol and other law enforcement officials to verify the immigration status of any person arrested, and inform federal authorities if the person is found to be in Missouri illegally.      Missouri law enforcementoffices receive specific training with respect to enforcement of federal immigration laws. 

In Missouri illegal immigrants do NOT have access to taxpayers benefits such as food stamps and health care through Missouri HealthNET.      In 2009 a measure was passed that ensures Missouri’s public institutions of higher education do NOT award financial aid to individuals who are illegally in the United States. 

In Missouri all post-secondary institutions of higher education to annually certify to the Missouri Dept. of Higher Education that they have NOT knowingly awarded financial aid to students who are unlawfully present in the United States.

So while Arizona has made national news for its new law, it is important to remember Missouri has been far more proactive in addressing this horrific problem. 

Missouri has made it clear that illegal immigrants are NOT welcome in the state and they will certainly NOT  receive public benefits at the expense  of Missouri taxpayers!

Lets follow the show me State and take our country back one State at a time.

There are no Mexican illegals in Missouri to demonstrate, because they don’t come to this State because they know there are no handouts.  Stop all this insane madness.

This is the recount tallies after hand counting:     Precinct 1     257 total ballots    14 did not vote at all for the fire millage
                                                                             YES-135   NO-108    Did Not bother to vote- 14

At the May recount, Allegan County clerk Joyce Watts said the difference in vote totals may have been attributed to the township’s tabulators, as the machines in regular use tend to build up paper dust on the laser eye that counts the votes.

She no longer believes tabulator wear and tear is the cause; she said votes changed because several votes were marked with X’s or checks; as the oval for the selection was not filled in, the tabulator did not register the selection.

She said the machines are accurate enough that, if the ovals were marked properly, the vote tallies wouldn’t change.

We shall see on Friday, Aug. 27th if those tabulators are accurate. Joyce Watts is now coming up with another excuse as to why the votes were off from the Recall election. Now she has a new reason. Well, lets see what it is now that they have to hand count them.  Why did Joyce Watts not hand count those Recall ballots, and even at that, she only machine counted them once?  Why not 4 times like they are going to do on Aug. 27th, that is my question.  Nothing in this township or county has any consistency as to how and why they do things, they do everything on a whim it seems.

This is outrageous!  When our government does not respect our votes. Voters than ask, “why even vote?”

1. When the government doesn’t like the outcome of an election, they quickly move to put it back on the ballot the next election 3 months down the road. (Michigan has election dates every 3 months people, Feb. May, Aug. and Nov. did you know that?)
2. What happens when a millage passes for those who voted it down? We don’t get another chance to defeat it in 3 months! 
3. What happens when the candidates we vote for don’t win? We don’t get to have another election 3 months from now to try 1 more time to get our candidate  in office! 

This needs to change. I think when millages are brought before the electorate, that vote should be sacrosanct for a least 2 years just like when we vote for candidates.  The Michigan legislature should move quickly to enact a statute to protect the citizens decisions  in Michigan when we vote on millages. The outcome should stand until the next general or midterm elections, a minimum of 2 years before they can be put on the ballot again. We should also put all millages ( tax assessments) on the November ballot, when most people come to vote, instead of in February, May or Aug. elections when the turnout is less than 10%..  The powers to be have this all figured out. Citizens need to wake up and smell the coffee.

In a republic when we vote, there will always be winners and losers, that is what voting is all about. In a basketball game or football game, when a team looses by a couple points, they don’t get a another chance to play the game again a few weeks later, to see if the outcome changes, why should we with elections? Thats what you call good sportsmanship, but politicians don’t like to play like that. They think they must always win!

We just had a recall election in Dorr Township and that result was not the outcome we had hoped for, but the citizens voted and READ and ReFELT respected the citizens votes. You had winners and losers.  I suppose that we could have just kept the recall going and going and going, after all, we were within 125 votes out of almost 2000 to change that outcome,  but all you would hear are those same ole familiar phrases of “sour grapes”, but the “voice” of the people is whats important.  The people get their chance to tell government what they want by their votes, and the government and the loosing side should listen.                       

The Allegan County Board of Canvassers will conduct a recount of the votes cast at the August 3, 2010 Primary Election in Dorr Township in Precincts 1, 2, 3 and 4, for the proposal entitled:

The federal government has laws controlling immigration, Arizona mirrored this exact law, with the peoples legislature sending the bill to the Governor elected by the people of her state to sign into law, then 1 liberal judge overrides 70% of the people in Arizona, the Arizona legislature and the Governor of the State.

We are being controlled by judges who overrule the people after having this same exact federal law on the books.  This needs to be appealed and if overridden by the next court, this judge should be impeached immediately.  We cannot have the ACLU ruining our country saying this violates civil rights of illegals who are not suppose to be here in the first place.  Wake up people, or your country will someday no longer be here.

And then there are just Americans.  You pass me on the street and sneer in my direction.  You call me ‘White boy,’ ‘Cracker,’ ‘Honkey,’ ‘Whitey,’ ‘Caveman’… And that’s OK..

If we had a college fund that only gave white students scholarships… You know we’d be racists.
There are over 60 openly proclaimed Black Colleges in theUS ..  Yet if there were ‘White colleges’, that would be a racist college.
In the Million Man March, you believed that you were marching for your race and rights.  If we marched for our race and rights, you would call us racists.
You are proud to be black, brown, yellow and orange, and you’re not afraid to announce it.  But when we announce our white pride, you call us racists.
You rob us, carjack us, and shoot at us. But, when a white police officer shoots a black gang member or beats up a black drug dealer running from the law and posing a threat to society, you call him a racist.

I’ve said for years that we should have a white caucus in Washington, the National Organization for Men, the White College Fund, etc just so there is equity for ALL, but most people are “afraid” to be called names. Stand up people and don’t be afraid.

Oh and one other thing. Have you noticed that you are a racist if you disagree with anyone who it black?  You are a homophobe if you disagree with anyone who is a homosexual?  You are racist if you think illegal aliens should leave our country and come in the front door so they abide by our laws?  You are a sexist if you disagree that women who want the same job as a man must meet the exact same criteria to get that job?

Oh, they call us names so we are “afraid” and we will keep our mouths shut so they can take our “rights” away.  Enough is enough, I have never kept my mouth shut and trust me, I will not either.  I will take a stand and say it the way it is.

Oh, one more thing while we are on this topic.  Would you please quit calling yourself African Americans? Latino Americas, etc. My ancestors came from Germany, and we do not call ourselves German Americans.  By labeling yourselves, you just “divide” people, unless that is what you intend to do. Which of course it sure seems to look like you do.  Divide and conquer?  Forget it, because we will expose you for what you are, you can take that to the bank and smoke it!
