A GERMAN’S VIEW ON ISLAM

A man, whose family was German aristocracy prior to World War II,
owned a number of large industries and estates. When asked how many German people were true Nazis, the answer he gave can guide our attitude toward fanaticism.

We are told again and again by ‘experts’ and ‘talking heads’ that Islam is
the religion of peace and that the vast majority of Muslims just want to live in peace. Although this unqualified assertion may be true, it is entirely irrelevant. It is meaningless fluff, meant to make us feel better, and meant to somehow diminish the spectre of fanatics rampaging across the globe in the name of Islam.

The fact is that the fanatics rule Islam at this moment in history.

It is the fanatics who march.

It is the fanatics who wage any one of 50 shooting wars worldwide.

It is the fanatics who systematically slaughter Christian or tribal groups throughout Africa and are gradually taking over the entire continent in an Islamic wave.

It is the fanatics who bomb, behead, murder, or honour-kill. It is the fanatics who take over mosque after mosque.

It is the fanatics who zealously spread the stoning and hanging of rape victims and homosexuals.

It is the fanatics who teach their young to kill and to become suicide bombers.

The hard, quantifiable fact is that the peaceful majority, the ‘silent majority,’ is cowed and extraneous.

Communist Russia was comprised of Russians who just wanted to live in peace, yet the Russian Communists were responsible for the murder of about 20 million people. The peaceful majority were irrelevant.. China’s huge population was peaceful as well, but Chinese Communists managed to kill a staggering 70 million people.

The average Japanese individual prior to World War II was not a warmongering sadist. Yet, Japan murdered and slaughtered its way across South East Asia in an orgy of killing that included the systematic murder of 12 million Chinese civilians; most killed by sword, shovel, and bayonet.

And who can forget Rwanda , which collapsed into butchery.
Could it not be said that the majority of Rwandans were ‘peace loving’?

History lessons are often incredibly simple and blunt, yet for all our powers of reason, we often miss the most basic and uncomplicated of points:
Peace-loving Muslims have been made irrelevant by their silence.
Peace-loving Muslims will become our enemy if they don’t speak up,
because like my friend from Germany, they will awaken one day and find that the fanatics own them, and the end of their world will have begun.

Peace-loving Germans, Japanese, Chinese, Russians, Rwandans, Serbs, Afghans, Iraqis, Palestinians, Somalis, Nigerians, Algerians, and many others have died because the peaceful majority did not speak up until it was too late. As for us who watch it all unfold, we must pay attention to the only group that counts – the fanatics who threaten our way of life.

Lastly, anyone who doubts that the issue is serious and just ignores this message without copying this and sending it on, is contributing to the passiveness that allows the problems to expand.
So, extend yourself a bit and send this on and on and on! Let us hope that thousands, world-wide, read this and think about it, and send it on – before it’s too late.

The township puts a millage on the ballot to build a new half million dollar library and they collect thousands more than they actually needed to construct the library and they put it in a slush fund for future library projects? This slush fund was not mentioned on the ballot in 2000. The money was suppose to construct, equip and furnish the library in 2000.

Now we read in this article that VanHaitsma said that some of the leftover funds had been used to fix a leak in this half million dollar library? This building is just 10 years old and its leaking? You have got to be kidding me.

Shall Dorr Township borrow the sum of not to exceed five hundred and fifty thousand Dollars ($550,000) for the purpose of constructing, equipping and furnishing a library building, and shall Dorr Township assess .54 mil ($0.54 per $1,000 of State Equalized Value or taxable value where different than SEV), against all property within the Township for the purpose of repaying that debt; and shall Dorr Township levy such an increase in Millage for such a purpose for not more than ten (10) years, commencing in 2000, which increase will raise in the first year of such levy an estimated $69,998?

The article in the penasee Globe never mentioned any of this in the first article when this story ran. Now they change their story after they are exposed? Leftover money in a fund from a millage from 2000? These people do not tell the truth until they are exposed, then they change their story to cover themselves. They just never quit.

Tammy says in this article its kind a like running a household but your running a township! She don’t run anything in this township alone, (except board meetings), she is just 1 of 7 trustees elected to oversee the townships operations. Listen how she talks, she thinks she runs this township alone. She thinks she is the “BOSS”. She is on a power trip and tries to convince residents that she runs this township and is on call 24/7? Why would anyone call her and ask her anything? The ordinances you must follow are already written and voted on by the whole board. She can only tell you what the law says, she can’t change one thing. Throw her out next August in the primary when someone challenges her for this position. Can’t wait until next year, to get rid of everyone on this township board in Dorr Township and replace them with people who actually work for the people of the township instead of their own selfish power and prestige. By getting rid of her and her cronies on the board, the next supervisor and board can replace all the old commission members who have been on those boards for decades and replace an overpaid and definitely under worked assessor who does very little work assessing, but collects $27,000 a year from this township in a parttime job.

Did you get a 27% raise in your job this year like this board just gave Tammy? She has only been supervisor for less than 3 years yet she thinks she deserves a $5300 raise which this board in Dorr Township gave her in February, 50 days before they held their budget hearing so we the people had no chance in HELL to start a referendum on this $5300 raise. This boards standard of operation is to do whatever is neccessary to work around the laws soso the taxpayer has no recourse to hold them accountable. We can hold them all accountable next August in the primary and vote them out of office and send them all packing. This will set in motion an opportunity to replace the whole township government from top to bottom and restructure all the commission boards in this township which has not been done in decades. Now is the time for real change.

Also added to Tammy Vanhaitsma’s salary of $24,800 per year after she got her 27% increase of $5300 in March of 2011, she also gets health insurance and dental valued at another $4536 per year paid for by the taxpayers which added to her salary has a total benefit of $29,339 for 21 hrs per week, if she even shows up at the office. Go in there sometime, she is rarely there.

Email I received from State Senator Rick Jones office regarding this abuse of taxpayers dollars.

Thank you for the email. Senator Jones was made aware of this abuse of tax dollars earlier this week. Unfortunately federal law determines Bridge card eligibility by “income” as opposed to “assets”, which lottery income is defined as.

Yesterday Senator Jones contacted the Congressmen of his district about this loophole and ask that they look into it at the federal level. The state DHS director has also expressed support in changing this guideline. Additionally, the Legislature is looking at other welfare reforms to crack down on fraud.

These public safety services are not some added extra provided by municipal governments, but rather the core services the public demands from them and are required from them because public servants are responsible for the public welfare of their communitites. Here’s why. When your FICA tax is taken out of your paycheck, it does not get squirreled away in some lockbox in West Virginia where it’s kept until you and your contemporaries retire. Most goes out immediately to pay current retirees, and the rest (say, $100) goes to the U.S. Treasury – and is spent. On roads, bridges, national defense, public television, whatever – spent, gone.

In return for that $100, the Treasury sends the Social Security Administration a piece of paper that says: IOU $100. There are countless such pieces of paper in the lockbox. They are called “special issue” bonds.
