Citizenship Rights are for born or naturalized persons, who are citizens of the United States. The are no rights for illegal aliens. Read the constitution.

Amendment 14 – Citizenship Rights. Ratified 7/9/1868. Note History

1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

(nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.)  This part pertains to the context preceding it, so “any person” means all persons who are born or naturalized, not every fricken person in the universe.  Read it in context and understand it.  This is why we need Supreme Court Justices who interpret this document as to what the original intent meant, not what they want it to mean.

Throw all illegal aliens out of our country and let them file paperwork and come here the legal and correct way, just like our ancestors did at Ellis Island. Stand in line, fill out the paper work and pray you get your chance, but you have to do it legally or get the hell out of here.
